On display is this electric tram used on Ryde Pier more than 90 years ago. It was built in 1889 and is the only surviving example of trams built by Pollard and co of Ryde. It left service on Ryde pier in November 1927 when electric working on the tramway ended and was later used as a holiday chalet and chicken coop. It was restored during the 1980s and presented to the steam railway in 2017. Next photo.
